Return & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Halter Materials. Please review our return policy outlined below:

  1. Returns and Exchanges: Halter Materials reserves the exclusive right to determine whether an item may be returned, exchanged, or if an order can be canceled. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders when placed or prior to submitting half payment. Items may not be returned or exchanged without prior approval from Halter Materials.
  2. Cancellations: Delivery cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  3. Return Period: Halter Materials will only consider returns within 15 days of the purchase date. Please note that refunds are issued for the cost of the product only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Return Conditions: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Discounted items are not eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with warranty cards, manuals, and any other included materials.
  5. Damaged Merchandise: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Halter Materials within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
  6. Bulk Product Sales: All sales are final on bulk products.
  7. Hardscaping Items:
    • Hardscaping items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Can only be returned by quantity format in which it was sold ex. layer, piece, pallet.
    • A 25% restocking fee will be applied, and please note that no cut, broken, or damaged pieces will be accepted.
